DO NOT GO TO FAST LANE FAST LANE Damaged my car and will not let me have my insurance estimate for repairs. They think it is a "hassle" and will not claim on theirs bc of deductable. This was the Quali location. Owner was rude and arrogant, did not care at all. Insisted his shop fix the body work (they are not a body shop and they damaged my BMW) Also go trun around about it not being their responsibsility.

Beware Oklahoma City I like to know the condition of my engine and how the engine oil is performing. To get this information I send samples to Blackstone Labs for analysis. The analysis shows engine wear and condition of the oil, particularly the additive package. It's helpful to know the properties of the oil before use and compare them to the properties after 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Fast Lanes uses Petro Canada Mach 4 oil. This was the first time I used this brand of oil and I asked for a 3 oz sample. I planned on sending it to Blackstone for analysis. The manager excused himself. After a few minutes he returned and refused to give me a sample. He directed me to their oil distributor Fentriss Oil Co. here in Oklahoma City. What he was hiding? Why was Fentriss even consulted? What was Fentriss hiding? Why should I drive across town to get a sample of the same oil that Fast Lanes was presumably putting in my car ??!! Am I suspicious? You bet I am. At the least this is stupid customer relations. At worst? ....?

If they break it they won't fix it. Dropped my fully functional vehicle off for an oil change and ultimate wash. Now I've learned to tolerate crappy customer service and getting incorrect information from different workers. Both of these happened at this Fast Lanes, but that wasn't the big issue.

The big issue was that when I returned to pick up my vehicle I found that they had somehow damaged my electrical system and none of my power windows function any longer. They basically told me to take a hike and that they were not responsible.

So if you take your vehicle there and they break it while it is in their shop, then they will NOT do anything to rectify the situation.

Might as well sh*t on your car and rub it in. and you will probably have a cleaner car than the cars that come outof there. And the idiots that do the work are retarded, lazy and rude.

I'm sorry kid, but If I spend 100 F**king dollars to get my car cleaned, and then I ask you to finish the rims, you should probably do it.

Hope they go out of business, well, I hope they go out of business soon, but their fail is inevitable.

No Customer service. I have used Fast Lanes of America several times but will never go back. I called Friday evening to try to make an appointment to get my car detailed on Saturday. The lady told me it wasn't necessary and to bring my car in the morning. I had my car there by 9 and left. The guy told me that it would be ready in a couple of hours. When I hadn't heard from them by 2 I called them and the girl said that it should be done but didn't know where it was and would call me back. I finally called back after 20 minutes. The girl told me that they hadn't even started on it but a bunch of cars had been dropped off at the same time and 1 had been left from the night before. When I went to pick up my car the manager told me that there was nothing he could do about it. No apology or solution to fix the problem. I will never go there again. I will take my hard earned $120 elsewhere.
