The service received from CBA is and has been a very pleasant experience. The professionalism, product/service knowledge, honesty and integrity, and customer service courtesy far outweigh those of any other auto service business I have dealt with. To experience all these qualities from one establishment is very rare. The prices are also very competitive and I received a customer appreciation discount without request. Other industy-related businesses would be well served to follow the lead of CBA.

My alignment has made a big difference in the way my car drives. My air conditioning light starts flashing and the cool air quits (just fan.)Do you deal with this?

Everyone was very helpful. All my questions were answered fully and the work was done in the time frame promised. Rides were offered when I left my car.
