Wanted to thank Chem-Dry for pulling me out of a jam. I was promised by the seller that the carpet would be cleaned before we closed on our home, however it was not. My movers were going to be there the next morning and no way did I want them putting everything on the dirty carpet. I called and spoke with Tiffany, GREAT GIRL. She was able to to fit me in to get the carpets cleaned. They arrived as promised and the carpet dried in time for the movers. Thanks to the crew and Tiffany!!!!

Carpet still wet next day!
Well, one day after Chem-Dry has been here and I still can not put my furniture in the living room because the carpet is still wet. They came back and tried to dry it up but that didn't work. The tech tried to say my ceiling was leaking, which it isn't. He wanted to know if I had a ladder, so we went to get it and when he checked the ceiling for moisture he did not find any, of course. Seemed to me they were trying to blame everything else but their cleaning process. So after spending two days with them here at my home the carpet is still wet and I am waiting to put my furniture back.
No, I will not recommend them to my friends or enemies!
Wonderful Carpet Cleaner. Let me first say "WOW"! I was impressed with my experience from start to finish. Spoke with Tiffany to book my appointment. She was very knowledgeable about Chem-Dry, how they clean, what they offer, etc.. We even shared a few laughs over my bad little yorkie, Sam. When the tech did come to my home, before he started he explained what they would do and gave me a price for the cleaning. I did have to have extra things done because of Sam. Chem-Dry calls this, ‘PURT”. It is to remove urine odors. I did need a lot of help here with that. The tech explained that the carpets would stay wet longer then a normal cleaning, which he was right. It took 2 days. No worries, the carpets look and smell great! Me and Sam couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work!
LOVED THIS CARPET CLEANER. A friend recommend me to call this company after renters had destroyed my carpets or so I thought. After calling and explaining the problem, Tiffany said she would send a tech out to look at the carpet to see if it was cleanable. My appointment was made at my convenience, which I forgot about and did'nt show up for. The tech called, and I explained I had forgotten but I could come later. He was very understanding, and came back later that day. He did a test area on the carpet and I was amazed, he said the price for the cleaning would be $150.00 for the five rooms. Wow! I would have thought it would have been alot more. The carpets were so nasty I would have been willing to pay double that. The tech finished the job, the carpets look amazing. Thanks so much to everyone at Chem-Dry of OKC/Edmond. You saved me!
Best carpet cleaners ever. I am a local real estate agent and chem dry always cleans my listings and I am always very impressed with what a great job they do . But today I was over the top impessed when I needed someone out quick to clean carpets with a home that closed the next day they fit me in and did a great job. The personal touch that they added to the experience Tiffany ( the secretary ) always knows who I am when call , I will never use anyone else. Thank you and your team so much for all their hard work
Customer Service Concern. Wow, we have used Chem dry for years, never used anyone else, they have always done a great job, especially when Justin came, called today because about a month ago some guys came to clean our carpet and they did the dry instead of wet method, I thought it looked good but started noticing more spots showing up this time. I called today and talked with Jacob the owner and well let's just say...I was treated very poorly. I have never complained about their work and didn't even ask for them to come back and do the cleaning again, I just wanted to comment that maybe the dry method didn't work as well and I didn't know if they could do "spot" cleaning and I was informed by Jacob in no uncertain terms that, it had been over a month and what did I expect him to do and by the way, it's been two years since you last used us and by the way, you have had to cancel or reschedule carpet cleanings alot and he just went off on what a terrible customer I was. I don't normally write reviews but I even asked him why he was so upset and apparently having a busy schedule and having to reschedule with them from time to time is upsetting to him. I feel that he has practiced very poor customer service and allowed his personal feelings about us rescheduling or "slightly" complaining to effect how he treats us and we will no longer recommend them (which we have done at least a dozen times) or use their service. It is sad, because I thought I had the freedom to ask what we could do about some spots I had noticed, since we have used them forever, but apparently customer service is not on their mind and unless you use them every week to clean your carpet, you don't meet their standards. I don't know why I offend him so much but I would recommend that other customers do not call and complain about a tiny thing or ask questions, because you might "get it" from the owner Jacob. Sorry you lost our business, we were extremely satisfied until today!

Great Customer Service!. I needed my carpets clean ASAP, I called and got same day service. The two guys that came out were wonderful. Justin answered all my questions and was very helpful. My carpets look great. I have a time next week for them to come clean my tile.
