Backyard Solutions installed a magnificent retaining wall in our backyard at Ski Island. They did an outstanding job. To this day it's as beautiful as ever and we're going on five years now.

Shoddy decking job (and done twice)!. Did the decking for our pool. Immediately, the dark, stained concrete started showing a crusty, white color all over. Randy redid after our complaints but redid a lighter brown color. It took about 3 months to start showing the white color again. Now, more than a year later it is widespread and looks awful. Randy can't seem to find the time to come out and look. It ruins the look of our whole backyard and pool.

Great pool service!!. This company has good people with integrity that do what they say they will. Keeping a pool in good condition is very challanging and more trouble than most people know as I found out first hand. Anyone who hires them will be very satisfied.

Unreliable, undependable, immature management. Failed to maintain the chemical integrity and cleanliness of our medium sized residential pool. Acted defensive and argumentative when approached about it for at least the 10th time over a 3 month period. Apparently changed chemical treatments without notifying customers. Please use this company if you want your swimming pool to look like a koi pond.

Avoid These Theives!!!. I purchased a home from a couple w/ a contract w/ these people. They broke into my back yard and stole a piece of pool equipment from me! Stay away!
