I went to this salon a couple of times hoping the last experience was a stylist in a funk. Let me tell you they never get out of their funk. They think they are something for cutting your hair in Edmond but it's pretty much a hole in the wall. Reception is rude and never use Michelle she is the ultimate snot especially if you make any suggestions about YOUR OWN hair. For the money there's far better places.

Being new to the area and after searching all over the city for a decent stylist, I was referred to Lori at Salon Brigata. My first cut and style was great, and I left feeling very pleased that I had FINALLY found a good stylist. I thought that the price was a bit high for Oklahoma City ($60) as it was more than I used to spend in the most expensive neighborhood in Denver (Cherry Creek), but I finally found what I needed and figured it was worth it. All was fine until I went in for my second haircut. She seemed to be in quite a hurry this time and took all of 35 minutes to cut AND style my hair (I have very long, thick hair and the first time, she took an entire hour for the cut and style). I thought well, that's not that big of a deal, and I need to get home anyhow. Then I went to pay... She charged me $80!!! I wasn't really paying attention to the price when I signed the receipt, but as I drove home, I thought - HOLY HECK: she just jacked up the price by $20 and didn't even say a word!!! So, I figured they made a mistake. I called the next day and asked how much Lori charges for a cut & style. He asked if I was a "new" or "existing" customer. I said "existing", and he replied $80. Are you kidding me?!?!? $80 for a cut and style in Oklahoma City??? I'm sorry, but I've also lived in London, England and went to a very prominent salon who charged me less than that for a cut & style that was just as good. Apparently, I'm not the only one who experienced an undeserved and unannounced price hike. I'm also not the only one who won't be back as a result.
