EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the most unique store in the metro. The sales people were very helpful and knew their product. We had been to every other store in the metro looking for our furniture. I guess you could say that we saved the BEST FOR LAST! Right when we walked in we could not believe our eyes. Everything they had was unlike anything we had seen anywhere else. The prices were actually really affordable. They had something in every price range. The service was far superior to any other store that I have ever shopped at. They had our items in stock and were able to do same day delivery. We have purchased a lot of furniture in the past and have never had such a pleasant buying experience. The delivery guys were very courteous and careful with both our furniture and our home. EFG SHOULD BE A DEFINITE STOP FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR FURNITURE! I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish this store was perfect.

Unethical Business Practices!!

We were so excited to purchase the most amazing couch from EFG for our beautiful new home. Our initial impression dealing with Chris was very good.

And then came the delivery... They scraped the top and sides of the leather couch on the brick at our entry (did not cover the couch when delivering). The delivery guys called the office and they stated they would repair or bring us a new $4K couch (I should have sent it back with them). After MONTHS of attempted repairs (which I will explain later) we had a representative from Omnia come out to inspect the couch and determine if we could have it replace. EFG told him it was a manufacturing defect however once he spoke with us he realized they had lied to him and us the entire time. They were VERY rude to us each time we called trying to just get the couch replaced after each attempted repair. One of the repairman actually sprayed paint on expensive leather...which looked horrible. The next repairman replaced the entire back/top section and attempted to replace the buttons. The buttons were here and there and off center and the leather was not stretched tight which caused excessive sagging. I was so upset they would expect us to be okay with poor attempts at repairing the damage THEY caused to the couch. Finally they contacted the manufacturer to send someone out to approve replacement (fishy they would need approval since THEY damaged it). The Omnia representitive was horrified that they were lying to Omnia, him and us. He took the information back to Omnia and Omnia threatened to pull them as a distributor due to unethical business practices. Lisa and another lady screamed at my husband when she found out we did not lie for them...she immediately changed the story and said WE damaged the couch and EFG was just being nice trying to fix it. In the end, Omnia (great company) replaced the couch and charged EFG for both.

Horrible business practices. I would not EVER go back!!

AWESOME!!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this store. Not only do they have unique pieces but they also price match. I was somewhat hesitant to buy anything at this store because of the review before mine. I spoke with the owner and let him know about my concerns. He went above and beyond customer service and the delivery guys were VERY careful when they delivered my new living room set. Absolutely NO problems at all. I will always go to EFG first. Bye bye Mathis Brothers.

AVOID!!!

My wife and I bought furniture from here spending 2800, they promised to deliver for 45 dollars we agreed. The movers scratched up the coffee table, the drawer handle was broke, then they asked me to pick up the new one and bring back the other one. They called once, and my wife said we did not have a truck to bring it back, the next day they called me asking the same question, and then told me to just stick it in my car and bring it back. It was their movers who damaged the furniture, and it felt like they blamed me. They are unprofessional, unpleasant people; both Phyllis and Lisa were rude I would advise all to stay away. Go anywhere else but here.
