Took my iphone here to get the screen replaced because it had cracked. The employees were very professional, friendly and had an affordable price. Would recommend.

the truth about eco-tech. i have worked for them for six years, and for the most we were a great company that tried to be innovative and help every customer any which way we could with in reason.

Sadly though, over the last two years, the company has taken a nose dive. with everyone focusing on how to blamew others for faults and trying to get more tight fisted with profits. customers satisfaction and trying to be fluid and changing has hurt this business badly. top it off the economy hasnt help.

I remember a time when laziness was so profound that we would give every customers phone a chance even if it seemed hopeless. but those days are. if your phone looks like it might be too time consuming for the techs pocketbook, it isnt even giving any effort to fix it. i didnt realize how bad it had gotten until after i was pushed out of the company, by thier limitoing what i could do until there wasnt any work left and i went to some of the shops whpose repairs we said couldnt be done, and i ended up fixing myself after putting some effort into it.

if they shape up they can be great again, but as is, sinking ship

I've never had ANY problems. Sucks that some of you have had bad experiences with this place. I absolutely love it and have been using this company for over 6 years. They have unlocked several phones for me, replaced a couple of screens, and Ive even sold phones to them (HTC Wing). I've referred three people to them and will happily continue doing so. The prices are competitive..what do you expect? I love this place!!

Worse than Somali Pirates. AT&T refers you to this place when your phone is out of warranty -- took it to them and they tell my wife it's $90 to repair it or she could buy a refub for $200. She calls me and lets me know she bought the refurb and I tell her that we can get a brand new one for $40 with a year extension from AT&T -- Wife calls him back (it's been 2 hours since she bought it) and he tells her that they have a no return policy (she wasn't told this) then the owner says he'll 'call his corporate office' to see what they say and then tells her how 'mad' they were that he called but he 'talked them into' a discounted 15% "restocking fee"

So it was a $30 lesson of where to NEVER deal with again. From the other reviews (and the fake praises) it looks like it pays to steer clear from these rip off artists.

Be careful with these guys. I won't ever let these guys near my phone again got it back in a bag full of pieces. Don't give them your ssn , and watch your sim card ....

Best repair techs in town. wouldnt let anyone but the techs at Eco Tech work on my phone. They do miracles on phones! Thanks guys you all are truly the best.

Terrible. well the screen broke on my phone. so i took it in for repair. got the phone back. 1st. it wasn't my phone and had pictures/contacts emails and other things from another person. 2nd board was from a different carrier. and wouldnt' accept data transfer 3rd the buttons dont always work. now the speaker has broken and i can't accept phone calls.

excellent job at ripping me off.

I highly recommend you go to someone else. and not use these people
