Oklahoma City's worst place to take your computer!. I would NOT recommend Computer Masters to my worst enemy!!! Back in October we took our family computer in to be fixed and they erased our hard drive with out our consent, I lost all of my music and most importantly all of my family pics. We than gave them back the computer so they could recover what was lost, this took 3 months!!!! Now we have to go through files to look for what they erased (this will take a whole weekend) I can say that Steve is good guy and did give me a refund on the labor but the rest of the employees need to work on their customer service skills!!!!!…
Computer Masters. I took my computer in on Monday Jan 2, 2012. The person writing up the work order said it would be ready Wed or Thurs. and there were 20 ahead of me. The said they do about 6-8 a day. I had not heard from them so late Thurs afternoon, so called. The man told me there were still 14 ahead of me...okayyyyyyy....Nothing from them Monday...went by Tuesday..still not done, but was up on the work bench...got a call Wed 1/10 I could pick it up. After 9 days! Great!! Got home and could not view any videos, which I was able to do before taking the computer to them. After calling them 3 more times regarding THIS problem, I will take the computer to a friend of mine to see if HE can figure out what is wrong...I WILL NOT be using Computer masters again....EVER!…
