waste of a perfect view. As a lover of seafood i never thought it possible to mess up fish.Even boiled fish tastes good to me.i had the tuna and it tasted like frozen food does-BLAND!

The waiter's rudeness was on a level that i had yet experienced and i have lived and dined in 3 continents so far.He was obviously in a hurry to get somewhere. At half way through our meal he asked if he could get us to-go boxes .He came to our table numerous times to ask if he could take away our plates anytime we put our cutlery down in conversation. We basically felt bullied. The manager was no better either...

I would have forgiven the substandard food if the service was half way decent....will not be going there again

overrated. Read great reviews about this place but we were upset when the crab dip came out luke warm and the dishes were hyped up by critics to be fantastic and they were all sub par we had lobster bisque that should be called seafood bisque, seafood enchaladas that were oversauced served with over cooked rice and beans and a "healthy crab/shrimp salad that had way too much shrimp salad/mayonaise on it. We eat out way to much to ever have to go there again... not impressed

I hope we were there on a bad day because outside of our happy waiter JT this place was terrible.

great bar inconsistent kitchen. I sat at the bar with a business companion. The bartenders knew their jobs and their drinks fairly well and offered prompt service. The menu is appealing. However, my plank salmon came raw. Sushi is fine but not when ordering a cooked fish. Good service and helpful attitudes were exhibited when I sent it back. The salmon tasted fine afterward but the wait for it was too long; if I had been behind the bar I would have offered a free drink to fill the wait time. The salmon arrived long after my companion had finished his meal. Otherwise, a fine restaurant with a great view of the lake.

What a disappointment!. When Pearl's closed at I240, I was very sad. it didn't have a great view, but they made up for it with great wait staff, good food, management, and atmosphere. Lakeside could take some lessons. A great view, and beautiful restaurant does not take away from bad food and assembly line atmosphere. The crab cakes were obviously frozen, not fresh made, no lemon was offered with the calamari, too little sauce offered with that appetizer, the premier drink (Hurricane) tasted like something we made in college dorms with whatever we had. The squash rockefeller looked and tasted rubbery with little flavor. A cooking tip to the chef: two small squash sides would have made the squash more tender, than one large undercooked half. Stop microwaving everything! Kudos to the hostess who was charming and funny, and the wait staff were friendly, just not very well trained. Perhaps we are biased because I couldn't help but compare this to my old place. When i called corporate regarding my feelings, i got a pat answer to come to Lakeside. I won't be back. For a meal that costs close to $150 for four, I'll save my pennies and go somewhere I get my money's worth.

Great service, with a smile:). We go to Pearls Lakeside every weekend. We take the kids and they just love that wonderful view of Lake Hefner. The service is good and the food is very tasty!! We love it and I am sure you will too!!

Nice setting. Typically poor Oklahoma City service in an unusually beautiful setting. The lake is really nice, but the deck is self seated, so you have to get there early to sit outside. I like Pearl's food, but it's very expensive for what you get. The seafood isn't very high quality. I'd save my money for something better. If you want Cajun, go to Pappadeaux when you're in Dallas. It's a chain, but much better than this. They'll show you what actual wait service is too.
