Great service. I used Party Galaxy on MacArthur to purchase supplies for a company party. The staff was very helpful and took a great interest in making sure I was able to find everything. I needed large quantities of a specific item and they didn't quite have enough in stock, so they placed a special order for me. Each time I entered the store the staff was so friendly. Their prices were great, too!

don't go to the Midwest City store. I am still so mad about this whole situation. I go to the Midwest City store the Friday before my daughters party 9/11/09 which was my daughters actual b-day. Spent a hour up there ordering 4 balloon bouquets the guy made me fill out a piece of paper a special order form and then he never wrote down one word I said. After putting the balloons together the way I wanted it, come to find out he threw them in one bag all together . What was the point of seperating everything the way they were suppose to go. Get a phone call the day of the party letting me know what he had done while I am trying to get everything decorated for my party I am having to sit on the phone and figure out how to explain all this to the lady on the phone at the party place. She doesnt even match anything right there were colors in there that didnt go with anything it looke horrible I paid 40.00 for balloons to have them all messed up. Tried to talk to the manager that following Monday not helpful then contacted the coporate office. Was pretty much told I could have 20% off my next order from that store. Why the Hell would I go back to that store and I dont want to shop with you after all that I would have like to have some of my money back from my purchase. I am very disappointed they need to learn how to do customer service cause they stink at it.
