Best offer in town. I had a large amount of scrap gold and my mother's diamond ring to sell. I went to 5 other businesses in the OKC area and was offered around $1,500 less for my items at those places. Michael Bay knows what he is doing and can pay more than any other buyer in town. I highly recommend!

BEWARE. Very rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time when there are many other honest, friendly people who would appreciate the business.

SUPERB EXPERIENCE. I found Michael to be honest, personable and (above all) willing to pay LITERALLY the highest prices in town.

I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that most of the naysayers on these online review sites are just cranks -- nothing more. Most are probably Bay's competitors, and I find that just downright crappy.

We're going to see Michael tomorrow to sell him some sterling and white gold and -- and you can take this to the bank -- we wouldn't take our business anywhere else in Oklahoma City.

very satisfied. I went to this business after seeing an undercover story on the news about which business will pay the most money for your gold and this business was the top buyer.

I went to 2 other businesses before trying michael bay and they offered me hundreds less than he did.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit here, and I WOULD recommend this business to other sellers in the okc area.

Rude and unfriendly. Was very rude on the phone, tried to ask a question to set up an appointment and was treated rudely. I would never take my business to him or recommend anyone to him.

VERY APPAULDED. I tried to make an appointment with this person during a lunch hour and was rudely told that "I want to go to lunch too", and when I asked for directions, again I was rudely told that "I am too busy to give directions". I would never ever use this person to appraise, sell, or buy anything of mine. If he's too busy to give directions to a potential customer, then he does not deserve any business!!!
