I don't get the hype about Panera Bread. It seems overpriced for a place that serves a pretty average sandwich at an above average price. The pastries are pretty good and the coffee isn't half bad. The main food items just really underwhelm me every time I go there. I have had supermarket, packaged sandwiches that were just as bland for a quarter the price.

GREAT FOOD. THIS PANERA IS GREAT. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS WONERDERFUL AND MY SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE ALSO VERY GENEROUS. THEY DONATED 200 BAGELS TO A TRI-OKC EVENT. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

I am mystified why this place even gets customers. The bread is as good as supermarket loaves, I've gotten tastier pastries at 2am in the clear plastic donut station at 7-Eleven, and their coffee is terrible.
The sandwiches are salty and yucky. Is this the best corporate america can do?
Here's a tip: go to La Baguette.

Kasey. The service was horrible. Employees very loud and not helpful. We stood there with my grandmother for 5 minutes while the manager and her assistant and employees laughed and danced behind the counter before taking our order. Not only that they were yelling loudly into the microphone for people to get there order. We were given the wrong order. It was probably the most horrible service we've had in a long time.

management rude at western location.
when my husband and i visited the panera on western last week a woman, maybe her late 30's who was the manager was very rude to us. she was short and had blondish colored hair. i complained to the district manager, but havent heard back.
our service was horrible, and the bread that was served with our soup was hard as a rock.
i will not visit this location again.
