DON'T DO IT!. I planned for an economical yet "dream" wedding............ Nikki was attentive prior to the wedding. At the time of the wedding, she pretty much disappeared. my sister provided the food and we were assured several times that the service end of things would be taken care of. my sister ended up leaving the ceremony to check on things and the food was not even put out, she did it. during the reception, my sister had to refill the food. we were told (after the fact) that we were not allowed to use bubbles because it might stain her carpet. we could not have the burgundy candles that i chose to match my wedding colors ( i lit them anyways). I was told that she would keep the recepting moving along, she disappeared. we werved our own cake, there was no garter or bouquet throwing. I also paid for 100 people, she said that if fewer showed up i would be reimbursed........ i had only 50 people. i have left her voice mails and even wrote a letter,,,,,,,,,,,,,no response. oh, yeah to top it off, near the end of the reception, she allowed the next party to start hauling in their food ( i had about 20 min left ) and then when she finally reappeared it was only to ask my guests if they could STAY AND WORK THE NEXT WEDDING for her!!! my wedding turned out ok, but only due to my sister's assistance and good company...........
