Total Headache. I originally thought I had a good experience here. They did not save me any money over turbotax but they were fast and pleasant. Unforunantly they did not use the correct social security number when filling out our voucher for payment. The IRS cashed our check but did not put it toward our account. So I thought I paid my taxes, but did not according to them. Imagine my surprise to got a letter stating that I owed a few thousand I thought I had already paid. After investigation I found my voucher sheet and the WRONG tax ID that was filled out by Eubanks. I would have saved my self a lot of trouble to just use turbotax, which is exactly what I did this year.…
Eubanks only serves whites......WHATEVER!!!!. That is the most rediculous thing I ever heard...they only serve whites...gotta love the ignorant people who apparetnly LOVE to play the color card! In fact the friends of mine who referred my family to Eubanks are ALL black and they have black employees! I would also assume if they ONLY wanted to serve whites...they would be in farther south OKC and NOT Del City!! Go to H&R Block and let them take all your $ then...Eubanks does not care if you are red, yellow, black or white....they are just straight forward people who get you the most % back! UNREAL!…

I'll never use anyone else !. I've used Eubanks Tax service for years and I'll never use anyne else to do my taxes. I have complete confidence in their staff, they treat you like family. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!. My Husband and I have never been treated so bad as I was yesterday when I came to them to do my taxes. I wanted help to complete my taxes and these so called people accused us of defrauding the Government without looking at our W-2's or whether or not we had property. They only looked at the color of our skin. I guess you have to be a white person in order to get decent customer service with them. If anybody goes to them to get their taxes done you are wasting your money. Oh I forgot they only serve WHITES!!!!!…
