The most appalling service I have ever recieved. Having been a big fan of the other Chelinos locations, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this location. The service was easily the worst I have ever had and after a discussion with a manager, I was told that our business was not wanted. We were never asked if we wanted to order food, we had to stop the wait staff to even get anything as they walked by and then the people with us that didn't eat had to pay the set up fee because of not ordering...we never even got ASKED to order. I have never encountered such a ridiculous attitude. The manager originally wasn't even willing to speak with us when we requested, saying he was busy and if we wanted to talk to him we could come see him up front. It was appalling and I will not only avoid the location, but I will make sure that anyone I know who visits my hometown does the same. Sad thing for Del City... the people trying to support local merchants can't even do so without being insulted.

I love the Chelinos in Norman and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, but this particular site has a dirty appearance and unpleasant smells. Top it off with service that was beyond rude and you have my experience.
