Trying to find David, music and food. Whoever mentioned overpriced has no clue to what goes into preparation of a meal which Mama has always served to perfection. Over priced is a matter of economics, preparation, value and quality of ingredients and incorporating the service.

Best service. I hope someday before I die to have a dinner which was prepared by Mama and possibly my dear Italian best friend and the best Italian chef in Munich with Boun Gusto and his other two between Acona and Bari. Mama matches him in both quality and price. I made the fatal mistake of inviting Renaldo to dinner one night and it is the last time I will ever invite a chef to dinner. This is a long way around to say, please have David contact me via this address. I really would like to talk to him.

OVER PRICED!. Small portions, bland food and very over priced for what is served. It's not that we are accustomed to chain Italian restaurants...we enjoy many smaller individually owned places...but this is an establishment we?ll never return to. The only thing satisfactory was the service.

Going to Dinner at Mama's. Mama Lucia's is to chain restaraunts as oranges are to baseballs. In other words, the two have nothing in common.

First of all the experience is more like going over to your friends' house that happen to be italian and eating some of their home cooking. Oh and they were taught to cook by their mother who moved to the US from Italy as an adult. Oh and they happen to have a big wine cellar and full bar. Man, what great friends to have.

The food is wonderful and fresh and authentic. The service is familar or formal or pleasant - whatever you are looking for. Expect the people at the table next to you to be regulars, because once you have eaten there, you will be too.

I heard a rumor that they will opening for lunch in April of 2005.

Italy in OKC. This is the ultimate dining experience of authentic Italian food, and it is located in OKC! Amazing food, service and great music on the weekends! My Favorite OKC Restaurant!!!
